🎉Welcome 2021 and welcome new exciting changes! CARUSO is happy to announce that Tina Rauschenbach joins the CARUSO Management Team as Head of Customer Experience.
In her new role, Tina will lead all marketing and user experience activities. With this, CARUSO will become even stronger by tightening the bond between product, marketing, and sales. Tina will work closely together with the Heads of Sales, Platform Engineering, Partner Onboarding, and of course the entire CARUSO team.
👩‍🎨Tina has a strong design background paired with a vision and customer-focused mindset. In her time as Lead User Experience Designer at CARUSO, she defined CARUSO’s design system, redesigned the website, created the vision of a unified Marketplace, and drove this topic forward together with the development team, while involving key customers in the process.
Before joining CARUSO, Tina worked at SAP for six years, where she created innovative design concepts as the basis for bringing SAP’s product portfolio closer together and consulted application development teams in applying the new concepts.
